The pool behind the roles
Over the years the Academy has built a pool of more than 130 lecturers: university teachers and academics, engineers, industrial practitioners, legal and financial advisors and representatives of public bodies. For each subject the lecturers are selected from this pool, so the person teaching is the one who works in the field.
Quality is checked after every course. Participants rate content, lecturers and organisation on the Academy evaluation form, and the results feed back into the next class.
The Academy's quality doesn't rest on one name - it rests on a faculty organised by role, so every certification meets the same standard.
The roles that set the standard
- Master Trainer (Train-the-Trainer) - qualifies your in-house trainers; our current focus.
- Lead Trainers - by subject: RO & membranes, thermal (MSF/MED), operation & maintenance.
- Examiners - independent assessment of every certification.
- Curriculum Lead - keeps the programmes current and role-based, from mechanic to manager.
- Speakers - senior practitioners for seminars and events.
- Digital Learning Lead - runs the online and blended platform.
Every role is filled from an international pool of practitioners with hands-on plant experience - so the standard holds, whoever teaches.
