In-house capacity is faster, cheaper and more sustainable than buying every course externally. Train the Trainer transfers our method to your people, so knowledge stays in your organisation instead of leaving with an external lecturer.
Who it is for
Experienced staff who already carry technical responsibility and are to pass on their knowledge in a structured way: shift supervisors, lead technicians, plant and operations engineers, and training officers.
Formats
The programme is run as in-house training at your site or as a workshop at the Institute. Content, duration and the number of participants are agreed for each case. See the training formats.
Academic recognition
Credit points are available on request and by arrangement. Please state your university and the intended course when you enquire.
Independent assessment available. The Academy builds your team's capability; DME assesses your plants, projects and technologies independently, with no plant sales and no vendor ties.
